Select one or more activities, then click this icon to display the Timeline view or use the options in the drop-down menu to complete such tasks as display activity titles, copy and past the view, and select color options.

| Activity Titles
|
Select this option to display the title for each activity on the timeline. The information that you display as title depends on the option that you select in the Activity Title Display Mode menu option.

| Different Colors
|
Select this option to use colors to differentiate between activities.

| Copy to Clipboard
|
Select this option to copy the timeline view to the clipboard. You can then paste the view into a different application or email.

| Activity Title Display Mode
|
Use these options to specify the information to be included in the activity title. You can specify whether you want to display the ID and/or description for each activity on the timeline. This only becomes applicable when you select the Activity Titles option.
